Championship Sunday was electric at Spooky Nook. Plenty of tremendous games at all levels. Some of the many standouts with plenty more coverage coming soon.

Jordan Boyd – 2026 – G – MidPro South

It was one of the most impressive performances of the tournament as Boyd scored 26 points in the 15U title game. The 6’2” guard plays with very good energy and was incredibly aggressive playing on the attack. In the overtime battle, Boyd just could not be stopped getting into the paint and was finishing everything during that game.

Zach Kinziger – 2025 – PG – Team Herro

Kinziger started the day with 12 points in the semifinals and then 19 points in a championship victory with his shot making from the outside and mid-range. Along with Xzavion Mitchell, they formed a talented duo that ran through the 16U field. As well to his scoring, Kinziger also ran the point very effectively creating for his teammates.

Kon Knueppel – 2024 – G – Phenom University

In both the semifinals and championship game, Knueppel lead Phenom in scoring as they cruised to the 17U championship title. The highly skilled and high IQ guard did much of his scoring with his outside shooting during both of the games but also was impactful with his distributing over both games.

Travis Krohman – 2024 – G – Shining Stars

In one of the top shooting displays of the tournament, if not the best, Krohamn hit eight threes in a single game. He did it when it mattered most getting it done in the 17U gold championship game on his way to scoring 26 points in the game leading his team to a title.

Takis Tyler – 2026 – PG – X-Men United

One of four players that excelled in the 15U championship game victory alongside Tyler Michalak, Ladell White, and Dooney Johnson. In the title game the point guard scored 18 points doing much of his damage with his shot making ability. Whether off the catch or dribble, he was knocking down threes at a high percentage.
