The annual NY2LA Basketball Association hit the hardwood for its third installment this spring and the depth of talent in terms of teams and prospects was its strongest to date.  Yesterday we glanced at some of the top performers this spring and today we continue the same with the NY2LA Basketball Association Third Team selections from this past spring.  So with that being said here’s five more talented prospects that stood out in April…

NY2LA BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION THIRD TEAM – SPRING 2018
KOBE CLARK – 2019 – G/F – RAMEY JETS UNITED
A long wiry wing with nice potential, Clark checks off the look test at 6-6 with a 7 foot plus wingspan and he’s really just starting to get things figured out.  He was among the league leaders in Matrix and Efficiency at 7.13 MPG and 8.38 EPG respectively while scoring close to 10 PPG.  His solid play helped his team to a strong 6-2 mark during the spring.  A legitimate mid to possible high major prospect, Clark is one to watch closely in July and moving forward as he’s a late blooming talent who is just scratching the surface of his potential.

NATE FERGUSON – 2019 – F – CHICAGO LOCKDOWN
One of the breakout performers of the spring, the 6-7 plus length skilled face up forward had low and mid major Division 1 schools buzzing in April as he knocked down jumpers and really took a strong step forward in his development on the hardwood.  Helping his team to a strong 6-2 mark in April, Ferguson finished among the league leaders in overall Floor Impact at 21.25 FIPG, scoring at 15 PPG, and rebounds at 5 RPG.  

ISAIAH FULLER – 2019 – PG – MADE MEN
On a balanced, tough, well coached team it can be hard at times to individually stand out a bit more statistically but at the end of the day one of the biggest priorities is always winning and Fuller was the catalyst for a solid Made Men team the finished with an unblemished 8-0 mark during the spring.  A 6-2 guard with handles, instincts, and skill, Fuller scored 11 PPG while shooting close to 67 percent from the field and delivering a solid overall floor impact of 17.13 FIPG.  Defensively he was stellar as well to the tune of close to 2 steals per contest.  A solid leader, Fuller powered a balanced attack with quality play on both ends of the court.

TRISTAN PRATT – 2019 – PG – THE FORCE
A talented 6-5 guard with size, instincts, and skill, Pratt is one of the better kept secrets towards the west coast as he can deliver quality results on both ends of the court.  He was among the league leaders in Floor Impact at 20.86 FIPG, Matrix at 8.14 MPG, Efficiency at 7.71 EPG, Assists at close to 3 APG, and steals at close to 2 steals a contest.  This young man is just starting to figure things out and he’s one to watch closely in July.

ZACH TOUSSAINT – 2019 – G – KESSEL HEAT
A sharpshooting instinctive guard with the ability to take over the game offensively, Toussaint was the catalyst for a Kessel Heat team the finished with a solid 6-2 mark during the month of April.  Toussaint scoring over 14 PPG while delivering a solid 18.63 FIPG.
