COLLEGE COACHES MUST CHECK IN AT DURANGO H.S. TO RECEIVE THEIR BOOK AND PASS. CHECK-IN WILL BEGIN AT 4:00 P.M. (PST) ON WEDNESDAY JULY 20, 2016.

College Coaches Packets Costs
(Note - Purchasing a book will allow access for college coaches to both the Final Chapter July 20-24th and the NY2LA Sports Summer Showdown July 20-21st and the book will contain information on all teams for both events)
Division 1 College Coaches Packets - $375
Division 2 College Coaches Packets - $200
Division 3/NAIA/NJCAA Coaches Packets - $175
(Payment methods cash or credit card - use pre-pay form and add 4% if paying by credit card)

ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA FAX BY 5 P.M. (P.S.T.) JULY 19, 2016 - WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THE DOOR. ALL PAYMENTS AT THE DOOR MUST BE CASH.

Note: Entry for 1st coach from a school is the coaches packet. Additional coaches from the same school can buy a day pass for $150 or a tournament pass for $250.

Tournament passes will include entry to both The Final Chapter and the NY2LA Sports Summer Showdown. The coaching packet will contain information for both The Final Chapter and the NY2LA Sports Summer Showdown.

NCAA COACHES CERTIFICATION
 Coach Certification: ALL COACHES must have a valid NCAA Approval number in order to coach at this event.

NCAA TEAM CERTIFICATION
 NCAA Team Registration:  All teams participating at an NCAA-certified event must register online prior to reporting to participate in the event.  Coaches are expected to keep their online rosters updated.  The same address and telephone number cannot be utilized for multiple athletes.  In addition, it is not an acceptable practice for prospects' coaches to subsitute their own demographic information for that of a prospective student-athlete.  Failure to register or submit all required information will result in the team being denied participation in all NCAA certified events.

Be sure to check off the The Final Chapter on your list of Team Events so that we have access to your roster. This information will appear in our college coaches books at the tournament, so please keep your roster updated.

NOTE: Adjoining State Rule (men's teams only): All men's prospective student athletes participating in an NCAA-certified team event must reside in: (1) the same state as their team's official address; or (2) an adjoining state, provided that no more than three team member(s) reside in adjoining states.
