One of the top uncommitted seniors remaining in Illinois is Caden Pierce of Glenbard West High School and the Illinois Wolves. The versatile 6’6” wing guard has continued to be a very popular name amongst college coaches around the nation to earn himself a long list of division one offers.

Not only is Pierce a standout on the hardwood but he also excels in the classroom to have an intriguing list of suitors. Boston University, Brown, IUPUI, Loyola-Maryland, Navy, Penn, Princeton, St. Thomas, UIC, and Wisconsin-Milwaukee have all offered him.

To date Piece has taken official visits to Loyola-Maryland, Princeton, and St. Thomas. “They’re all great schools with great coaching staff programs,” he commented about these schools he has visited so far. The senior is also looking to possibly visit Penn and Wisconsin-Milwaukee as well.

With his size in the back court, length, good all-around skill set, and motor, Pierce is a highly versatile player. He is a smooth shooter from the perimeter as well to being a good slasher. He is also tough defender that can match up with both guards and wings as well to rebounding very well from the guard position.

July was a big month for Pierce being a part of the Illinois Wolves that won the UAA Championship. “Winning the UAA Championship was an unbelievable experience. It felt amazing to have all the hard work and countless hours in the gym pay off culminating with the championship.”

While Pierce is still available, don’t expect this to last as he is eyeing to make a commitment before the high school season starts.
